To come up with our opinion, we examine on test basis, evidence supporting the amounts and disclosures in your financial statements. We assess the accounting principles used and significant estimates made by the directors as well as evaluating the overall financial statement presentation. As auditors, we are not responsible for the preparation of financial statements nor for the maintenance of the accounting records of the entities which duties are imposed on the directors by the Companies Act. However we advice on areas of weakness in the accounting and internal control systems established by management in order to safeguard the entities assets from misuse and ensure liabilities are prudently managed. Our advise goes a long way to ensuring that any control weaknesses are rectified and the company resources are effiiciently used.

Our fees are computed on the basis of the time necessarily occupied on the work by partners and staff of different seniority, depending on the degree of responsibility and skills involved. Unless otherwise agreed with the company’s directors the fee is charged separately for each class of services enumerated above.
